Why Tenfold Method exists

There was a period in my life when everything I had built fell apart. I had constructed a life that wasn't real, and when it finally came crashing down, I lost nearly everything I thought defined me. My career, my sense of identity, my picture of who I was supposed to be, all of it felt gone.

During that time, I met so many women who were standing at their own crossroads. They were navigating heartbreak, uncertainty, and low points of their own, each carrying some version of the same question. How do you become someone new when everything familiar is gone? Watching them search for that answer, while I was searching for it myself, changed the direction of my entire life.

That chapter was one of the hardest I've lived through, but it's also the reason I rebuilt everything. My career, my sense of purpose, and eventually Tenfold Method itself, all grew out of that decision to start over. I learned firsthand that real change doesn't come from willpower alone. It comes from feeling like the plan is yours, feeling capable as you grow, and feeling genuinely supported along the way, the same three pillars this entire method is built around.

Tenfold Method exists because I know what it feels like to lose everything and build something better in its place. I want to help you do the same, whatever crossroads brought you here.

What I ran before I sold it

From May 2023 to May 2025 I ran this method as a pilot in Pawtucket. Groups of three to six women trained together daily on twelve-week cycles, four groups running back to back, with support groups held outside the training sessions. I took weight and measurements every four weeks, counted attendance daily, collected confidence self-ratings and ran a post-program questionnaire at the end of each cycle. Participants could re-enrol for another cycle, and many did.

What they reported was better emotional control, better sleep, and a better ability to work through a negative thought. That was a pilot and not a clinical trial, and I describe it exactly as it was collected. It is also the reason I know the method holds up outside my own head.

A note on scope, because it matters. Tenfold is skills coaching and physical training. It is not therapy and it is not medical care. I am not currently licensed and I do not practise clinically here. The skills I teach come from motivational interviewing and DBT distress tolerance, and my clinical training is why I can teach them carefully. If what you bring me belongs with a licensed provider, I will say so and help you find one.
