Elite training.
Real psychology.

Not fitness coaching with a mindset tip attached. Strength training and evidence-based skills coaching, built as one program, by someone formally trained in both.

Years of pilot cohorts, 2023–2025

10

Across two years of pilot cohorts, participants reported better emotional control, better sleep, and a better ability to work through a negative thought.

Self-reported by participants in the 2023 to 2025 pilot. Measured with post-program questionnaires, confidence self-ratings, measurements every four weeks, and daily attendance.

One method, three pillars

Grounded in research. Built through small, consistent action. Never done alone. That thinking shows up in your coaching through three equally essential parts — not a ranking, not a score.

01

Autonomy

You're in the driver's seat. Programs are built around your life, not handed down to you.

02

Competence

Progress you can actually feel, calibrated so confidence builds alongside strength.

03

Relatedness

A real relationship, not just a client number scheduled and billed.

Two years of running it before selling it

From May 2023 to May 2025 I ran this method as a pilot in Pawtucket. Groups of three to six women trained together daily on twelve-week cycles, four groups running back to back, with support groups held outside the training sessions. Participants could re-enrol for another cycle, and many did. What you get in the portal is that program, written down.

01

What was measured

Weight and measurements every four weeks, daily attendance, confidence self-ratings, and a post-program questionnaire.

02

What participants reported

Better emotional control, better sleep, and a better ability to work through a negative thought.

03

What it is not

A pilot, not a clinical trial. Self-reported outcomes from small groups, described here exactly as they were collected.

Questions people ask before starting

Do I need any equipment?

Not necessarily. Programs can be built around resistance bands, dumbbells, or just your bodyweight, whatever you have access to.

What if I'm not "in shape" yet?

That's exactly who this is for. Every plan starts from where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. Monthly plans can be adjusted as your needs change, so you're never locked into something that no longer fits.

Is this therapy?

No, and I want to be precise about that. Tenfold is skills coaching and physical training, not therapy and not medical care. The skills I teach come from motivational interviewing and DBT distress tolerance, and I hold an M.S.W. and an M.B.A. from Boston College with ten years of practice as a clinical social worker behind them. I am not currently licensed and I do not practise clinically here. If something you bring me belongs with a licensed provider, I will tell you so and help you find one.

What do I actually get for $20 a month?

Portal access, the full Maximum Strength and Size program day by day with every lift written at three tiers, the fridge-to-recipe and restaurant macro tools, and a session log that keeps your own check-ins and check-outs. No coaching calls at this level. Cancel anytime, with no contract and no cancellation fee.
